I provide individual counselling to adults and young people, and relationship counselling for couples. I am trained in integrative counselling, which means I can provide short and long-term therapy using an approach which draws on many theories and concepts of counselling. I will offer you a safe, non-judgemental space, where you can talk about yourself in confidence.
Counselling is not a quick-fix solution to a problem. Developing a trusting relationship with your counsellor, understanding the issues you are facing, and implementing changes, requires some time and commitment. Counselling sessions are mostly on a weekly, sometimes on a fortnightly, basis and I will regularly review with you how you feel you are benefiting and whether you feel you are reaching your goals.
